1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Dotria (the "App"), developed by ARSIS TECH d.o.o. ("we", "our", "us"), handles information when you use the App. Dotria is a strategy game for iOS. We process only the limited information needed to operate the App, show advertising, provide optional Apple services, and answer support requests.

2. No Dotria Account Required

Dotria does not require an account with ARSIS TECH d.o.o. You can play without giving us your name, email address, phone number, or other direct identifiers. Game Center and iCloud are optional Apple services controlled through your Apple Account and device settings.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

The App stores:

• the current game state and moves;
• game results, scores, and completed-game history;
• selected game mode and difficulty;
• preferences such as appearance, player colors, dot size, sound, haptics, tutorial choices, and synchronization settings.

This information is used to run the game, restore progress, remember preferences, and display records. It remains on your device and is not transmitted to servers operated by ARSIS TECH d.o.o.

4. iCloud Synchronization — Optional

If you enable iCloud synchronization, Dotria stores selected settings and completed-game records in your personal Apple iCloud key-value store so they can be synchronized or restored across your Apple devices.

iCloud is operated by Apple under your Apple Account. ARSIS TECH d.o.o. does not operate the iCloud infrastructure and does not have direct access to the contents of your personal iCloud storage. You can disable synchronization in the App and manage iCloud data through your device and Apple Account settings.

5. Game Center — Optional

If you use Game Center, Dotria authenticates through Apple Game Center and submits:

• your best capture score;
• your total number of captured points.

Apple may associate this activity with your Game Center profile. Depending on your settings, your nickname, avatar, scores, and activity may be visible to other Game Center users. Dotria does not receive or store your Apple Account password. Game Center information is processed by Apple under Apple's privacy policy and your Game Center settings.
